 What is Unimer U-1946?It is a complex of two ingredients: > Octyldodecanol: an emollient often used as a moisturiser, which provides a soft touch. > VP/Hexadecene Copolymer: a polymer that helps disperse pigments while providing a shiny and glossy effect. The improved amphiphilic structure of VP/Hexadecene allows for a special organisation of pigments as it comes in contact with water or oil.
