A rich moisturiser containing Japan inspired ingredients. Camellia Oil has a high-content of Omega-9 acids, which revitalises and moisturises the skin also rich in ceramides to protect from the signs of premature ageing. Jasmin Butter gives a rich emolliency to the skin whilst Naturesoft 860R from Rice Bran Wax provides an elegant after feel.

Method of Manufacture:
Into the premix vessel add:
Disodium EDTA: Mix until dissolved
Glycerin: Mix until dispersed
Red 33 D&C: Mix until dissolved
Into the main vessel add:
Carbomer: Mix until fully dispersed and no lumps remain.
Commence heating to 75C
Use the emulsifier at speed 500 for 30 seconds if any lumps persist
Into the premix vessel add:
- Sweet Almond Oil
- Camellia Japonica Seed Oil
- Cetyl Alcohol
- PolyAquol 2W
- Caprylyl Glycol
- Jasmin Butter
- C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate
Commence heating the premix vessel to 75-80C
When both vessels are at 75-80C, add the premix vessel into the main vessle
Mix and homogenise for 10 minutes
After 5 minutes, into the main vessel add: Sodium Hydroxide
After 10 minutes commence cooling to 35C. Stop homogenising and continue with stirring only.
When the bulk is 75C or below, into the main vessel add:
Cosphagard Presol: Mix until homogenous
Naturesoft 860R: Mix until homogenous
If any lumps persist, use the emulsifier until smooth
When the bulk is at 65C or below, into the main vessel add:
SiClone SR-5: Mix until homogenous
As the bulk cools & thickens, adjust the mixer speed accordingly to ensure adequate turnover but avoiding aeration.
When the bulk is 40C or bleo, into the main vessel add:
Parfum: Mix until dispersed
Pack at 35C. Cool a small sample to 23C to ensure the product is withing the pH specification.

Viscosity: 20,000 – 30,000 cps RVT TBAR D Speed 5.0, 1 minute (after 24 hours)
