The apples come from a village in Brittany called PLEUDIHEN-SURRANCE and the Marie Ménard apple we use is certified organic.
Once the apples have been pressed, the juice is used by the beverage industry, and the pomace, which contains the residual pulp, skin, stem, and seeds, is then dried. The pomace is traditionally used in the pectin industry or for animal feed.
